Hunterlodge Advertising is looking for a talented junior-mid level, Digital Artworker to join our creative department and assist our digital creativity. With a wealth of experience and expertise you’ll play a vital part in assisting our clients on their journey of digital first thinking and transformation. Given this, most importantly you’ll have a passion and enthusiasm for all things digital and advertising effectiveness. You’ll serve both the client and Hunterlodge by growing the success of ongoing creative relationships. A key requirement will be knowledge and insightful sharing across all departments to continue to drive our inspirational learning culture.
 
Key Responsibilities
  • Produce highly accurate finished artwork to brief and exacting industry standards for predominantly digital, but also print formats
  • Design & build engaging HTML email
  • Email testing
  • Print and digital ad resizing
  • Creating graphical assets for email, social media and web
  • Campaign creative - logos, mastheads and general 'look and feel’
  • Responsible for ensuring consistent company branding across all channels
  • Meet stringent deadlines while having the ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities
  • Proactively monitor artwork filing and storage, quality, accuracy and consistency
  • Take responsibility for continued professional development
  • Work proactively under own initiative
  • Complete timesheets
Key Skills
  • Minimum of 1-2 years’ experience
  • A solid understanding and experience of HTML, CSS, including experience of responsive coding for email including testing (Email on Acid) and fixing bugs across all industry standard email clients
  • Must have experience with the Adobe CC suite, particularly Animate CC & Photoshop
  • High attention to detail, with demonstrable written, verbal communication and presentation skills to all levels of seniority and disciplines within the organisation with an ability to demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Quick learner with ability to think pro-actively and build solid working relationships with wider members of the business
  • An online portfolio of previous work
Desirable Skills
  • Experience with Print and Video highly advantageous
  • Use of Adobe After Effects and InDesign
  • Experience of working within CMS systems
  • HTML5/CSS hand coding of online banners
