Paul is a media professional with over 21 years' experience on both sides of the media fence across a diverse client portfolio that includes Hastings Direct, The Open University, Virgin Media and Guide Dogs. Since his move to agency side in 1999, he has strategically planned and implemented brand, brand response and direct response campaigns across all media channels in local, national and international arenas.
Paul’s pivotal role as a media strategist at Hunterlodge ensures he brings effective insight on consumer segment behaviours and their discrete paths to purchase to inform media, creative and data planning. A keen creative writer and freelance contributor, Paul has also authored a number of industry white-papers including ‘A Life Less Linear’, in conjunction with the Future Foundation, questioning the veracity of age-based segmentation and ‘Familiarity, Frequency and Fine Lines’, assessing consumers’ true sentiment to being retargeted in the digital space.
