Could 2016 get any better for us? We are happy to announce we have achieved gold accreditation from investors in people.
We are thrilled to have been re-accredited to the gold standard by Investors in People (IIP), especially coming off the back of winning Gold Employer of the Year in 2015.
IPP is the world-renowned standard for people management. The standard defines what it takes to lead, support and manage people for sustained success. Organisations that meet the world-recognised IPP Standard reflect the very best in people management excellence. 2016 has seen the introduction of a newly improved framework based on 25 years of leading practice, the latest research and workplace trends and is organised around nine key indicators of high performance each with three underpinning themes.
To achieve accreditation, organisations are assessed against these themes and indicators leading to an award level standard of silver, gold or platinum that represents the level of performance achieved, or the level of ‘maturity’ from a fundamental ‘developed’ level to ‘high performing’. The assessment is carried out using surveys, interviews, meetings and observation.
Our mission, vision, unique approach of ‘starting at the end’ and red thread of effectiveness helped to underpin this success. Effectiveness means measureable results demonstrating improved ROI and KPIs and are critical for measuring the effectiveness of campaign, projects and staff performance.
